Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We primarily use DHL parcels for shipping within the UK.  You have several options for timed delivery, also for Saturday deliveries.

Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail at our discretion.

 

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment, but if it is going to take longer than that, we'll let you know and give you the option of a refund.

There are certain postcodes, usually in remote areas, where the standard shipping policy does not apply.  If you want delivery to one of these, we will contact you after you have placed your order to discuss your options and any additional costs that may be relevant.

For Europe deliveries we use DHL Parcels Road service.  Depending on your location, this can take up to 10 days to deliver under normal circumstances, although it is typically much quicker.

For deliveries outside Europe, we will contact you to discuss your delivery options and costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Start your return on-line by logging into your account and filling in the returns form or call us on 01454 610050. 

 

Don't send anything back until you've received a Returns Authorisation Number from us, or we may not be able to identify it when it arrives.

Please return goods within 14 days of purchase date.  They must be:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
     

  • Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)
     

  • Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note

The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products you received over 35 days ago
     

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
     

  • Products without original packaging or labels
     

  • Products or packaging in poor condition
     

  • Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
     

  • Gift Cards
     

  • Computer software that has been opened or redeemed
     

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
     

    • In-ear audio accessories​

 

If you are in any doubt, then just call us and we'll be able to advise.

Please note, we do not refund any postage or carriage costs for any items that are not classed as being faulty.
